By accessing or using the services provided by Alliansis (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
Alliansis offers a Software as a Service (SaaS) tool for deploying surveys to assess the performance of business engagements between a client and supplier. While we strive to provide a high-quality user experience, we cannot guarantee that the services will always function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections. The services are provided “as is” and we expressly disclaim any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must safeguard the confidentiality of your account password. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or account, you agree to notify us immediately.
To use our services, you must provide your name and email, and create a password to open an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Each user is limited to one account, and opening multiple accounts, such as by using different email addresses, is prohibited. Misrepresentation of your identity or the creation of multiple accounts may result in your access being revoked. This limitation is in place to prevent abuse of our free trial and ensure a fair experience for all our users.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Statement explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Statement.
All payments are processed through Stripe. You will only be billed once the survey is completed and you want access to the results.
We are committed to maintaining robust security measures. While we are currently working towards obtaining our SOC 2 certification, we strive to use industry-standard security measures to help protect your information.
You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of the services.
All intellectual property rights in our services are owned by us or our licensors.
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, our services.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will provide notice on this page with the updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
