Many organizations managing agency spend and relationships face the same problem: the information they need to make good decisions is scattered across spreadsheets, email threads, ad-hoc surveys, and institutional memory. The legacy enterprise tools that exist were built for a different era. They take months to implement, require dedicated administrators, and force rigid workflows not complementary to the creative, strategic nature of agency partnerships. We built Alliansis because we knew this problem from the inside.
Our founding team brings more than 50 years of combined experience in marketing procurement, agency operations, and enterprise SaaS, including the years we spent at Decideware, the platform that defined the agency management category.
When Decideware was acquired by Volaris Group in 2021, it validated the category and its importance to both marketing procurement and agency management practitioners.
Richard’s starting point in entrepreneurship was as co-founder of ‘Pharmaceutical Marketing Solutions’, a technology company in Sydney, that became the dominant player in the Australian pharmaceutical CRM vertical, before being acquired by IMS Health (now IQVIA).
Richard then co-founded Decideware in 1999 and built it over 25 years into the go-to enterprise solution for global advertisers including Pfizer, PepsiCo, Johnson & Johnson, Visa, McDonald’s, and Ford.
Richard is a published thought leader in the field, including speaking at indusrty conferences and contributions to multiple ANA and WFA papers.
Zorina’s professional background is grounded in enterprise project management, specializing in CRM and marketing technologies. She joined Decideware as Director of Professional Services in 2011 and built the client success and implementation practice that brought the platform to life for Fortune 500 organizations worldwide.
During this time she designed the methodologies, onboarding processes, and governance frameworks that made large-scale global deployments work, and developed the expertise in scope of work, rate card management, and agency evaluation that now informs Alliansis’s product design.
